INTRODUCTION

CROWN PUBLIC SCHOOL came into existence in the year 1996 although this school is just twenty five years but it had covered a significant distance in the field of education.

It is established by the co-operation of famous social workers, wishers and volunteers of Jharkhand. It islocated in the heart of Ratu Road, Chuna Bhatha, Harmu, Vidya Nagar and Hehal, Ranchi

In this school all types of necessary materials are provided for the healthy growth and knowledge of the children, all types of game items, Laboratory, Library and Smart Class are available for the proper development of the students. They are taught Reading, Writing and Speaking in a playful manner under the maternal and loving care of the experienced teachers and staffs.

It is our aim to develop the qualities of leadership, self-reliance, love and respect for all and the dignity of labour through group activities in each student of this institution. They are also encouraged to speak the truth without fear. The spirit of Loyalty and devotion to "Home and Country" is also inculcated in them through various activities.

ADMISSION

• Prospectus and Registration Form for admission can be obtained from the school office on cash payment from the first of December every year.
• Registration is no guarantee for admission and its fee is also non refundable.
• Admission is taken on the basis of written test or interview. On the basis of first come first served.
• It is essential for the parents/guardians to be present at the time of the admission.
• A pupil coming from another school must submit the original transfer certificate.
• No one will be admitted into a particular class. unless he/she is fit for that class.
• The Principal's decision will be final regarding the class that the child will be suitable for.

PERSONAL FILE

The school maintain an individual file to have a systematic record for the academic as well as co-curricular progress and achievements for helping the school in handling emergencies.

EXAMINATION & PROMOTION

• There will be four assessment, Mid Term and Final Examinations during the academic year.
• Pregress report will be issued at the end of both terminal examinations. They must be studied carefully and returned to authorities signed by parents or guardians. If a report card is lost or damaged a duplicate will be issued on payment of Rs.100/-
• Parents / Guardians of a detained child who wish that he / she should continue his / her studies in this school are required to submit an application to the Principal within 5 days of the issue of Report Card.
• If a child, who fails in any of the subjects will not be given any marks.
• Special arrangement will not be provided to any pupil for those who will be absent in examination.
• Promotion will be granted on the basis of the whole year performance.

ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY

• 90% attendance is essential for promotion to the higher classes.
• No leave is granted except on prior applications from Parents / Guardians for genuine reasons.
• It is compulsory for a students to attend the school on the first and last day after Summer Vacation, Puja Vacation and Winter vacation.
• If a student does not appear in his/her class for 15 days continuously without any written prior information his/her name will be struck off from attendance register and Rs. 200/- will be charged for re-admission.
• Students must arrive at school at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time

SCHOOL PROPERTY

• Students must treat the school property as their own.
• In case a child takes away any property of the school and other things of his/her friend then it should returned immediately to the school by the Parents /Guardians.
• If a student causes any damage to the school property, he/she shall be fined, the amount of which will be decided by the management.
• Damage done even by accident by any student should be reported at once to the Principal or the Incharge.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

• Parents/Guardians are requested to check their child's school bag regularly. They should ensure that the child does not bring any sharp thing like blade, scissors, crackers, matches etc. to the school.
• The students name, class and rolls should be written on the school bag, tiffin box, water bottle etc.
• The school will not be responsible for goods lost. It is advisable to not bring valuable articles and money to the school.
• If a students brings any unnecessary thing including electronic gadgets like mobile, calculator etc. is will be seized.

DAILY ROUTINE

• Parents/Guardians must ensure that the child must brings all their books and note books according to the day's routine.
• They must check the diary daily as what the child has learnt in the school and also the Home-Work to be done, regularly and neatly by the child under their supervision. The school bag should be checked daily and the Teacher's remarks on the books, copies and diary should be seen and signed. 

PARENTS TEACHERS MEETING

• Parents teachers meeting will be arranged as and when required. There will be no school for children on that day.
• It is necessary to attend the meeting and collect the report of the student which help you to guide your ward.

PRIVATE TUITION

• Private tuitions are not encouraged.
• If there is a real need of a private tutor make sure after consultation with The Principal.

UNIFORM

• For uniform, shade and material recommended by the school is to be followed otherwise a child is liable to be sent back home or may not be allowed to sit in the class.
• The student must be dressed neat and tidy ironed school uniform with their hair combed, nails trimmed, shoes polished otherwise they will not be allowed to sit in the class.
